He pulls himself out of the water and onto the edge of your boat, eyeing you and your hands warily. He says nothing and continues to observe you, his glorious tail moving behind him as he seems to ponder what you may be doing in these waters.

After a few more moments of silence, he slithers back into the water, leaving his head out of the water so that he can observe you. His eyes continue to linger on your hands, and he makes clicking noises as his gaze slides along your body.
