A gentle breeze blew in through the open balcony doors, the silken curtains softly billowing back and forth. The air carried the scent of spring flowers and subtle hints of the ocean. Sorin sat in a chair near the open balcony doors, his eyes closed, enjoying the fresh morning air.

Sorin could hear the muffled sound of his lover in their shared en-suite bathroom, most likely getting ready for his day. He knew his lover was a busy man, but it was expected of the heir to the throne. He had to attend meetings and shadow the king, learning first hand what it took to run a kingdom.

Sorin wished he could accompany his lover, his alpha.. but with the increasing heaviness of his stomach, he knew he couldn’t do much. He’d only become a burden.. so, Sorin had settled for sitting by the balcony, enjoying the warm sunlight and gentle sea breeze. His hand placed over his soft, round stomach. It was a satisfying feeling.. knowing his and the heirs pup was slowly growing within him.

Sorin cast a glance over his shoulder when he heard the sound of the bathroom door opening.. a soft smile spreading across his rosy lips as he saw his lover approaching.
