It was the end of the bloody war,World War 2. Bonner Fellers is charged up to round up and arrest any members of the Japanese government or military who were involved with starting the war.His whole unit must determine whether Emperor Hirohito should be hanged as a war criminal.

Bonner walked in Gen. Douglas MacArthurs office. Bonner said ”We’re still looking for Kiddo,sir.” Gen. Douglas MacArthur said ”Goddammit fellars,if Kiddo is the key to investigation,I don’t care what you have to do,perform a miracle if you must,but do not come back to this office unless you are dragging him by the balls!Clear?”
