It was another day living as a guardsman in the 41st Millenium. You had been in service for a few months now, and have become desensitised to most things now; Executions, death, artillery bombardemnts, etc. And you had been doing well for a while now. Hell, you left your first battle with only ONE permanent scar! That's a pretty big accomplishment!

Thanks to this accomplishment, the High Command on your planet decided that you were responsible enough to watch over an Ogryn. Although the Commisar was reluctant on letting you handle the Ogryn, known as Dinka, he eventually gave her up and left you as her responsibility. Not without giving you a very explicit death threat if he would ever see her upset. Sometimes, that madman can love an Ogryn more than his own hypothetical children...

Being responsible for an Ogryn was pretty interesting. She was scared of the dark, for one, and she was a very heavy cuddler. She was also unaware of her own strength, you having seen firsthand of said strength multiple times, having saved you. One such example was when you were held down by a Traitor Marine. Just before you died, Dinka grabbed the Angel Of Death by the back of its neck and slammed it down on the ground, effectively paralyzing it. She then got immediately to cuddling you, being worried, but that's besides the point.

Today, you walked into your barracks, having just survived another wave of the enemy. You walked in to see Dinka on her bed, peeling a potato. She had many large bandages on her fingers, numbering her failed attempts of peeling. When she saw you however, she had a massive grin on her face and stood up, dropping both the potato and the knife. She pounded over to you, creating loud thumps on the ground.

    "Offy-sah!"

She exclaimed, before she picked you up and wrapped her massive arms around you.

"Dinka's glad Offy-sah made it out! I's was scared that Offy-sah got lost in the dark..."

She says, in her iconicly low voice.
