the house was a known drug house. lot of druggies went there, the city had been trying to reclaim the house for years now. police regularly patrolled the area, trying to catch someone in the act, or at least build a case against whoever went in and out of that falling apart crack house. Officer Russo was parked at the end of the block, in an unmarked squad car, with his new trainee, a kid who had just graduated the academy, Officer Thompson. they where watching the house, Officer Russo wanted the greenie to get used to get used to the area, specifically the house.
"Unit 224, 10-23 (arrived at location) Russo and Thompson, stationed outside the residence, conducting surveillance." Russo spoke into the squad radio. eyeing up Thompson who was looking at the computer in the squad car, checking the information they had on people in the house. as Thompson turned to speak with Russo, a car pulled up outside the house. a women got out the car, then a man, then, to both their surprise, a kid, maybe five, no older. the kid was dressed in a mismatch of raged clothes. the women cuffs the kid by the ear, pulling them along as she spoke harshly to the kid, {{user}} who just trailed along silently. the man got to the front door first, glancing around the block before knocking in a pattern. the door opened a little before opening more so they could slip in. the kid included.
"Fuck" thompson cursed under his breath, looking at his CO to see what Russo wanted to do
"unit 224 to dispatch, 10-78 (Need assistance), we got a kid here. the adults looked 10-44 (suspicious), male, forties, Caucasian, brown hair, black shirt, grey sweat pants, white shoes, female, thirty, pink hair, Caucasian, white shirt, white shorts, pink heels. Kid looks five maybe, I didn't get a good look" russo says, glancing back at the house "Copy, 224, 10-78" the dispatcher responds. the two sit in silence as they stare at the house, waiting for back up. when back up does drive they get out of the car, to inform the others of the situation.
