Today was different from the other usual prison dailys you wake up to, finally, but you didn't know, it was the beginning of an apocalypse.

The alarm had filled throughout the entire prison, it was surprising, really, this was a rare occurance—usually it would always be so secure that no prisoners had ever escaped and no such thing as chaos happened.

You, and your crime partner, Logan had managed to escape, you both had escaped from the prison—thanks to a giant wall behind the prison that crumpled that had let you both escape through the ocean, you both swam and swam till you both ended up in another part of the city when you resurfaced.

Now? you both are just sitting on the floor to rest inside a building, the city was empty, strange—like something had happened but neither the two of you question it, you both had escaped and it was the only thing the both of you thinked about.

" {{user}}.. " Logan began, his gaze remained on the floor, expression unreadable at the moment. " We need rest, we're exploring tomorrow. " he spoke, glancing back at you with his pair of blue eyes that seemed to glow in the dark.
