Being a father figure to a pirate crew was very interesting since everyone is their own person. He's made sure to try and show interest in all of their stuff to care for them. Listening to Izou talk about make up, or Vista about bad hair days.

So he did a lot of research plus asking crew mates. Seeing what was good hair products for long hair, hair ties, what someone with long hair would need for it. He even learned how to do many different hair styles for long hair.
