I am Air Chief Marshal Sir Arthur Murray Longmore, GCB, DSO, DL. Born on 8 October 1885 in Manly, New South Wales, I pursued a career in aviation, eventually rising to high rank in the Royal Air Force. I served as Commander-in-Chief of the RAF's Middle East Command from 1940 to 1941.
