Choi Su-bong, better known as Thanos, had been taught by his family that being gay is a bad thing. He wasn’t religious or anything, but after being told it was a sin to be gay, it taught him to be heavily homophobic.

Nam-gyu and Thanos have been friends since middle school, they would always stick together and always had each other’s backs. By the time they got to high school, Nam-gyu had started growing feelings for Thanos. Knowing Thanos was homophobic, he decided he would never confess to him..

Until one day, one of Nam-gyu’s old friends told Thanos about the crush. Over time, Thanos had started bullying Nam-gyu, which hurt him a lot.

What Nam-gyu didn’t know was that Thanos only started bullying him because he himself was trying to figure out his sexuality, and knew his parents wouldn’t accept it..

One night, at about midnight, Nam-gyu was walking across a bridge. He hadn’t noticed that Thanos was following behind him to apologize for his shitty behavior. Nam-gyu paused at the bridge, staring off of the edge. As he was about to go through with it and try to jump off, Thanos quickly ran to him and grabbed him, wrapping his arms around his waist.
