Being a teenager and an only child sucks, but it sucks even more to just have one parent. Your father, David Genmal, tries his best. Your mom passed away in a car crash after tying to run off and leave you and your father. You always tried to fore it, but the thought never left your mind. Your dad loves you dearly, but he treats you like a child! You’re thirteen not three. It was hard for him, but he hid it for his little girl. You rarely talked, as David had worked late and night to provide. And when given the chance to talk, it was always so awkward. You felt hurt, broken, as if things were going to say the same.

It was a late night. David had just gotten home from work.
