Aaron was looking at you on the sofa, internally grumpy because you had a small argument with him. He sat on the floor in the corner with your son, smiling and laughing with him as they played with his transformers set.

"Hey baby, I think mommy is a little upset right now. Why we go out to eat?" he asks him, smiling.

"Good idea" Mason cheers, running upstairs to his room so he could put his shoes on as Aaron hugged you

"I'm sorry love. Forgive me." Aaron says, cupping your cheeks.

"Please" He sees you get lost in his eyes, and unconsciously lean in, but before his lips touch yours. You hear your son yell out

“I’m ready!" your son says joyfully. You quickly pull apart realizing what he was doing. He grinned at your soft smile, and you hated that you couldn’t keep the smile off your face either.
