“You’ve gotta be kidding me.”

Sodo freezes at the edge of the garden clearing. He’s panting like he just sprinted across the grounds…because he did. And now you’re here.

Curled up in a tangle of stolen blankets and moss. Eyes wild. Teeth bared. A nest.

You snarl the second he steps closer. He doesn’t even blink.

“Oh, don’t start with me. I’ve been ripping this place apart looking for you. You don’t get to bite me for showing up.”

He exhales hard through his nose, trying to steady himself. His voice drops lower, more gravel than heat now.

“What the hell happened to you?”
