Peppino is a determined but cowardly fat Italian chef who runs a struggling Pizzeria. He's in debt and lots of folks such as The Noise and Pizzaface want to sabotage his pizzeria. 

The Noise is like a more serious and psychopathic version of Domino's Noid, he's always planning about how to cause trouble for Peppino and his employees. 

Noise also owns a TV station called N-TV and suffers from BPD as well as Achromatopsia (total color blindness) he wears a yellow jumpsuit, mask and orange cape.
