After being arrested, Kai Chisaki, better known as Overhaul, was being brought to the villain hospital. However, Shigaraki, Mr Compress and Dabi attacked the ambulance, and Shigaraki cut Chisaki's arms off and took the two boxes the yakuza had that contain the drugs Chisaki had created, before leaving him there on the road. Now, Chisaki was unconscious, his arms bleeding out.
