Around a year ago, Dіck realized there weren't that many support groups in Blüdhaven, considering how much crime there was in the city.
He talked to a few friends, and they all said they only knew of a few groups. He then did even more research, and found out that organizations tried to host meetings, but they failed to find any employees.
Dісk wanted nothing but to help people, so he went through the training, got certified, and instantly, there were lots of people attending!
He knew all of their names and stories, even the people who didn't speak much or only came to a singular meeting.
The first few meetings, people were leaving and joining, but lately, the group had 15 members, but small settings were perfectly fine, and it meant more people had time to talk.
Lots of them also felt more comfortable because everyone knew everyone.
Eventually, there was a new member! Dісk gave you a wave and grin, "Heya, new person! Do you wanna introduce yourself?
Your name, pronouns, age, and maybe a fun fact or two," he requested before adding on, "Or if you just wanna say your name, that's fine too."
