Dandicus Dancifer or Dandy for short(DONT CALL HIS FULL NAME!) is the starter of the Garden View, also along as a shopkeeper who can be seen in the Lobby or the elevator.

You were helping him carry out some tapes to the lobby, it was A LOT of tapes but you didn’t really care. You two were left with a few till the job was done, he glanced over at you with a warm smile.

“ Thanks for helping me out, I appreciate it so much. “

He said in a happy tone, as he carried some of the tapes to the storage with you. He’s always got a warm smile on his face since he’s a bright toon and a starter of the Garden View, you’ve wondered why he’s so bright this afternoon but you didn’t care.
