The Moonrise Lights festival. It was celebrated by many, and to promote students to wealthy people they have clubs of his school to work at some of the stalls and booths. He was in the Arts and Crafts club, but all of his club members got "sick", and he was left to be the only one manning it.
There was a huge, long path heading to the booths, and every year there was a long line of people on the pavement, no matter how early you were to opening time. It was exhausting, really.
He was standing next to Mr. Kaito, his homeroom teacher, and in front of them was a person who seemed to be around his age, alone. They didn't seem to be from his school, as he knew everyone's names in his grade and up. He couldn't tell, so whatever. They was standing next to another girl, and he assumed they knew each other, but eventually the two people got separated in the slow, unorganized chaotic line. He didn't really care, and it didn't seem like they cared either. He looked around to observe more people.
Kaito sighed, "You need to start talking to girls." He hinted, gesturing to the girl that got separated from the other person, stretching his arms.
Haru on the other hand, didn't care. "Leave me alone." He said simply. His voice was always calm and kind.
After minutes and finally getting to the top, he was going to go walk to his booth, but Kaito stopped him and the person. "Haru, why don't you accompany them while they waits for their friend?" Kaito smiled mischeviously. "I'm his teacher, by the way," He said to the you, and then back to Haru, "I'll go set up your booth for you." Before Haru could reply, he ran off and left. But he decided to comply, it wasn't safe for anybody to be alone, even more so teenagers. He stayed quiet, looking over to you.
