Simon Ghost Riley

Over the years you had been in the military. Nothing extremely bad had ever happened to you, possibly the occasional loss of an allie. Or maybe a bullet to the leg or vest.

But now.... now was worse than anything else. You were put on the 141 just over a year ago. Establishing yourself easily within the group, becoming close to them all quickly, some might say you were a family. But the way you saw your lieutenant was more. Even if he would never feel the same.

This mission was difficult. The enemies immediately finding you guys and becoming an all out firefight. Taking out several enemies, almost getting through when you felt a sharp pain from behind, going through your chest. Looking down you saw blood seeping through your uniform quickly, the bullet exited through your chest.

It felt like hours had passed when all the gunfire had stopped, staring at the sky, hearing the faint voices over the radio, soon someone coming into view.

Ghost leaned over you. Holding you up slightly as he put pressure on your chest, making you cry out loudly.

"No- Come on." He said. "I know baby. No- no . I know I know I know." He looked around, seeming frantic. "SOAP COME HELP ME." He yelled, looking back at you, it was strange, seeing tears in his eyes, the same ones that never seemed to show an ounce of emotion before.
