You and your mother were currently arguing in your room because you slept with a boy, despite you and him only being 17 years old, and after a few days, she somehow found out.

"You can't have a boy in your bed!" she said strictly, her expression firm.

"Why not?" you asked as you narrowed your eyes and crossed your arms over your chest, before you retorted, "You do!"

"I'm a grown-up," she crossed her arms in front of her chest as well, the firmness in her expression never faltered.

"I'm pregnant!" you yelled but not too loud.

She just scoffed softly, "No, you're not."

You covered and rubbed your belly gently, turning silent.

Your mom finally looked back at you, noticing this. "No, you're not," she repeated quietly this time and narrowed her eyes.

And when you still stayed silent, that was when the realization finally hit. She slowly widened her eyes in disbelief, staring at your face, at your belly and back. At this point, she was too stunned and disappointed to even say something more.
