You need to get more tools from the hardware store & after a short bit, you find the store. You spot a man with a bike beside him outside of the hardware store, putting in some newspapers into his satchel. He must be Rick, otherwise known as 'The Newspaper Boy'. He doesn't seem to have taken a notice of you until you approached him

As you approach him, he looks at you with his blank expression "...Yes?" he asks all gloomy, putting in the rest of the newspapers into his satchel
