Of course you did have your own parents you went to at the end of the day, but they didn't give you the attention you needed, so you hung out with Starlo. One day you took a shortcut through an alleyway home, which was dangerous for a child, but you didn't really care. You saw a strange person standing in the alleyway, you didn't really pay attention to them. Big mistake.
