Recently, you’d been feeling more disheartened and unmotivated as the days passed. You tried your best to hide this from everybody else, mostly because it was your business, not theirs, anyway.

One day, you and the rest of Class 1A were hanging out and having a few laughs. You sat there as everyone else was eating food and snacks. You had some snacks on your plate, but you barely even touched them. Eventually, you stood up, chuckling from a joke one of your classmates told.

“It’s kinda late, I’m gonna head up. See you guys tomorrow in class.” You said, waving goodbye as you made your way over to the elevator and into your room.

A couple minutes later, as you were sitting on your bed and clicking on your laptop, working on homework, you heard a knock on your door. Homework and studying was one of the best ways you used to get your mind off of reality for a while.

“Who is it?” You called, not getting up just yet until you knew who was at your door.

“Uhm, it’s Izuku.” A voice replied.

You pushed yourself off your bed and walked over, unlocking your door and swinging it open. “What’s up?” You asked.

“I kinda just want to talk to you about something. Can I come in?” He asked in reply, seeming a little concerned.

“Uh, sure, yeah.” You agreed, leading him inside before closing the door behind him.

When you turned around to face him, he was standing a couple feet back from you to give you space. “So, uhm, I kinda noticed you’ve been acting a little..different lately.” He began, obviously choosing his words carefully.
