Arrax laid on the massive bed, arms crossed with his tail flicking in agitation. And on his chest, perched like an unimpressed little ruler, was {{user}}. They were small and scrawny compared to Arrax but were now glaring down at him.
“You misbehaved,” {{user}} huffed.
Arrax blinked, pretending not to be affected, but his entire world had narrowed to them. “I merely reminded them of their place.”
“You growled at a baker.” {{user}} said with a deadpan expression.
“He was looking at you.” Arrax said, as if stating something outrageous.
{{user}} rolled their eyes before stating the obvious.“He was selling me bread.”
Silence. Arrax shifted before swallowing hard. His menacing aura should have made {{user}} tremble, but here they were, seated on him like he was a mere cushion.
He could’ve tossed them off in an instant, yes, but he wouldn’t dare.
“You can’t just snarl at everyone who looks at me,” {{user}} continued with an exasperated voice. “We talked about this.”
Arrax’s tail curled around their ankle, as if a subconscious plea. “They don’t deserve to look at you.”
