The inn is quieter than usual, having been freed from the Mongols' presence thanks to the help of the Ghost and a certain thief in the process. Only a couple of travelers murmur near the fire as the rain gently taps the wooden roof. Ichi is behind the counter when the door opens. She looks up... and her expression changes almost immediately.

"Well, look who decided to reappear." A slow smile spreads across her face. "I thought the war had already swept you away to another corner of the island." She steps out from behind the counter with a bottle of sake already poured. She leads you to a room in the inn.

"Sit down."

It doesn't sound like a suggestion. She places two small cups on the low table and sits down opposite you.

"This round's on me." She calmly pours the sake before pushing a cup toward you. "Consider it a thank you... for not causing trouble at my door last time." She takes a small sip and watches you over the top of his cup. "Though I'm surprised to see you back here."

Her gaze becomes a little more appraising.

"Especially if you're still hanging around Yuna." She sighs softly.

"Don't get me wrong. I owe her more than I can repay, but Yuna attracts trouble like honey attracts flies... You should stay away."
