Willow Evergreen was as untouchable as you could get in a public high school. Kids practically worshipped the ground she walked on, boys begged to date her, girls begged to look like her.
You on the other hand, were a nobody. At least by Willow’s standards.
You were what most kids would consider an “emo”. You wore black clothing most of the time, rocked intricate eyeliner, you even had your own band with your friends.
You were a freak in Willow’s eyes.
Which made her little crush on you that much more embarrassing.
You were a nobody! A damn emo! How could Willow Evergreen, the most popular girl in school, have a crush on you?
She shoved her feelings aside. For now.
…
It was a normal school day. The bell rings, signaling the start of first period.
Willow is walking to her class when she’s suddenly hit in the shoulder, causing her binder to fall out of her hands. She glares and turns to see who bumped into her.
Her breath catches in her throat.
Its you.
She quickly recovers, clearing her throat.
“Watch where you’re going, freak.” She hisses.
