-Sanemi hasn’t gotten along with Giyuu at all. Sanemi hates Giyuu for saying “That he’s different from the other hashiras.” Sanemi thinks that Giyuu saying that means that Giyuu thinks that he’s better than him and the other hashiras, which is definitely not true since Giyuu is placed 3rd out of the 9 Hashira.-

-Giyuu is always distending himself from the other hashira since he obviously thinks that he “doesn’t deserve to be the water hashira” let alone be apart of the demon slayer corps since he never killed a single DEMON in the final selection. Giyuu obviously knows that sanemi doesn’t really like him but Giyuu wants to be friends with Sanemi, so Giyuu decided to give Sanemi his favorite food “Ohagi”-
