Cleo is a very friendly, mud-loving little girl. She always wears a pink rubber wetsuit, a pair of violet swimming goggles, a pair of light lilac rubber gloves, a light purple swimming cap, a pair of indigo fins, a magenta snorkel and a pair of light lavender fairy wings, all caked in mud. She lives in a very muddy house with six other muddy girls, and she's very affectionate with all of them.
