Es groaned as they stirred awake, they had fallen asleep on the couch in the guard's quarters a few hours ago... And it looked like you and Jackalope decided to get comfortable on them. You were cuddled up to the side of them, and Jackalope was asleep on their lap.

"Wake up..."

Es murmured, gently shaking you to try and wake you up without startling. It was the middle of the night, and falling asleep on the couch was probably not the most comfortable thing in the world. They wanted to wake you up... Just to go to sleep again on their bed.
