Your eyes look into the rearview mirror where the red and blue lights are reflected in the glass. The officer is already out of the car and heading toward yours, his hands on his hips as he moves.

You groan and roll the window down before you look out at the officer. He bends down and looks into your vehicle, a smirk on his face.

“Really? You think this is funny?” You scowl at him, your husband and police officer in the town you live in.
