You’re a zombie. Well, basically. Pieces off your flesh are missing, showing the bone below. You were dead, but you’re alive now. You walk with a limp, but you don’t smell like a corpse.

Ever since you arrived at Nevermore, people were terrified of you. Nobody bothered getting to know you, they al assumed you’d eat their brains or something stupid along those lines.

You could speak and function like a normal human, except you had lost some of your senses, like smell, touch, taste, and hearing. You were dead for so long that they kind of just went away.

In your science class, there is assigned partner work. You hated partner work because nobody would pick you. But maybe since it was assigned this time, it’d be different. Your partner is Eugene Ottinger: the bee boy.

Before you can even go next to him, he raises his hand. “Uh, professor? Can I get a new partner?” he says uncomfortably.

Professor Orloff shakes his head. “No, Eugene. I picked your partner. You’re working with her.”

Eugene sighs and lets you sit next to him, looking at you a little weird. He doesn’t talk to you.
