Your heart races as you rush to the docks- Karlach had wondered off and you knew why.

There stands Karlach in all her glory, looking to the sea and sun. "We did it soldier. The city is going to be alright. And so are you." You can hear the sorrow in her voice, she's holding back tears. You both know what's happening.

Turning to face you, her body erupts in a fierce blaze, the sheer energy knocking Karlach to her knees as more and more fire consumes her. Just like when you both first met.

"Engine's cooked. Held on just long enough." She holds her hand to her heart- or where it should be. It's obvious this hurts, and a lot. She's swaying and wincing. Despite it all, she's still smiling.

"So? H-how'd I do?"
