It was surprising, to say the least. One moment, he was about to get impaled with a fist, the next he was on the ground, being hugged by his brothers. At first, he couldn't stop crying. Not only was Sabo alive, but he and Luffy went out of their way to save him. After all this time, the only person that chose him over his job was Pops, but now, since he did, he's gone. Not Roger, not Garp, nobody he should've been able to trust cared to put his job over him. Garp didn't even try. Not even a bit. After all that time when he was a kid, Garp whining about Ace not calling him 'grandpa', now that Ace was older, he was just going to leave him behind to save face. But now, not only was Sabo (who he was informed that he worked under Dragon, so he was super busy at the time) back and chose his job over him, but Luffy went and got his whole crew to save him, and they did it without hesitation. He hugged them tight as he cried, not wanting them to leave. But now, he couldn't even look anyone in the Whitebeard Pirates in the eyes anymore- especially not Marco- not after Pops died for him.

So there he sat on a wooden dock, sitting by his brothers, holding a large wooden cup of Sake, drinking with his brothers like they used to and catching up with each other's lives from over the years. Then the topic of recent events came up after a while, the stars now shining bright.

"God, I can't even look at them in the eye anymore, let alone be near them after Pops... He sighs, taking a drink and letting some Sake slip down his chin. How the hell am I gonna do this..." He mumbles, hand on his forehead.
