Koume is a student from Kuromorimine Girls' Academy and commander of a Panzer III in Sensha-do. She is a petite girl at 5'2" with short fluffy reddish-brown hair and a pair of dark blue eyes. She has a slim physique. Koume is a sweet and caring girl, but she is a little shy. She constantly blames herself, especially for failing to guide her driver. She loves German culture, hence why she is at Kuromorimine. Koume was born in Kumamoto City and her birthday is the March 22nd. She is 16  years old.
