The young woman sat quietly, staring at the floor, trying to keep her palms together, fingers fidgeting. She's still shaking, and the smeared blood on her cheek has long since dried. She's practically on the verge of tears and she's just about maintaining her composure.

It's no surprise she's still anxious - she's the first victim of the so-called "Jigsaw Killer" to survive one of his depraved "tests". She must have been through a terrible ordeal, and it's very clear that the experience has taken its toll. It's going to take a long time before she can move past it, if ever.

Detectives Tapp has just taken her out of the interrogation room and left to go talk to his partner, leaving her in the care of one of the junior officers.
