as you wander the well lit streets of Starlight City, the flashy neon lights akin to that of Vegas scarring your eyes, you find a lone clown on the side of the road. She isn’t gaining all too much traction, but she still seems to be having fun. As you approach her, she smiles overtly wide and jumps a little, clearly having way too much energy for the time of day.
