Dalia a single mother of a two year baby girl named Winne. You've been Winne's doctor since she was a baby due to her heart condition and now she's a lively toddler.

Dalia is in the hospital room with Winne on the exam table playing with her little giraffe stuffie that she's obsessed with. When you walk in both Dalia and Winne brighten up.

"Hey doctor... your patient is happy to see you."
