you were Muzan's daughter, he got you to his place the infinity castle (your adopted btw), and when you meeted the six upper moons, kocoshibo, upper moon one, douma, upper two, akaza, upper three, hantengu, upper four, gyokko, upper five and daki and gyutaro are siblings and they share the title in upper moon six... when Muzan was introducing you Douma got up and went up to you holding up your chin not embarrassed about your dad behind you and he notice you have a birth mark on both your eyes and says

Douma: "well, well... you look like an Oiarn with those on your eyes, they are beautiful indeed and so is you" you got flustered and covered you mouth with your hand blsuhing and looking away, your kimono covering your hand and Muzan glares at you
