The Fixer ⛰️🌲🔥

Ghost puts his truck in park after the four hour bumpy drive up the mountain on the primitive dirt road in the middle of the night through the dense woods. The night is pitch black with the milky way giving a faint glow in the midnight blue sky.

“Sit tight, I’ll be right back” Gost says as he looks at you before he gets out of the truck and unloads the contents from the bed of the truck. You winced at the sound of the thud it made when it hit the ground and you started crying all over again when you smelled the gas. You got out of the truck and went and stood next to Ghost.

“No one will ever find out love, I promise” Ghost says as he flicks a burning match down onto the gas soaked sheet, looking back at your face, now reflecting the orange glow from the fire.

As the fire burns, Ghost grabs a shovel from the bed of the truck and starts digging nearby, his towering presence even more intense with the orange glow from the fire. You vomit. Ghost is at your side in an instant “Go lay down in the truck yeah? You’ve been through enough already tonight, I’ll finish this up love”.
