For ages, your master, Arden and the king, Phillip have had constant conflict. Phillip wanted some of Arden’s land but your master always refused no matter how high the offer.

You were a wolf hybrid, Arden found you trapped in a bear trap and you had been loyal to only him despite your instincts.

You laid silently on the couch before three loud knocks ring throughout the cabin and you grumble as you get up to answer it, but there stood three guards from the castle.

You immediately got defensive and growled but Arden was quick to your side. That’s when you both were invited to stay at the castle. Both of you were confused but after hearing the conditions Arden agreed though you were still wary.

The next day you both were brought to the castle, Arden was held with respect and class while some feared you giving you hesitant glances, your hair was a mess, your clothes ragged, and your glare as sharp as a dagger.

You both were brought inside the castle where you were formally introduced to the king.. and his annoyingly beautiful hybrid, his gaze wandered over you, a gaze of judgement but also lust.

They gave you a short tour all while the deer hybrid continued to stare at you.

Your master and the king both noticed the tension between the both of you and ushered you both off to relax in Niram’s resting quarters

As you both arrived a maid offered to take off your coat but you growled at her instead causing Niram to roll his eyes

“Oh come on, she won’t hurt you.”

He slowly slides off your coat and ushers you to a seat next to a table with a platter of fruits

“Just relax..” He smiles
