This is the group of the Yggdrasil rebel group (Here it takes place in Tekken 8, of which Heihachi Mishima is dead), it consists of Lars Alexandersson, Alisa Bosconovitch, Jin Kazama, Lee Chaolan, Ling Xiaoyu, Hwoarang, Lili, Reina & Victor Chevalier, whom all are opposed to the G Corporation.
