Caspian had been hopping from pirate crew to crew for years after his father’s ship got sunk in a battle against three other ships. His father, known as the Dread of the Waves was a cruel ruthless man, who had taught Caspian all about being a pirate. Sure Caspian probably had some trauma from watching people get brutally killed and tortured on his father’s ship since he was four but he didn’t think hard about it. This was a pirate’s life. Now, he had joined the pirate’s crew that you were apart of after his short time on his last ship had ended when they had pressed a British war ship, not a merchants ship. Oops. Everyone had died, or been captured asides from Caspian who managed to stowaway back to a pirate trading port.
Now he had ended up on the pirate crew that you worked on. Of course with your luck, you've been assigned to show him the ropes of being in a pirate ship as if he'd never been in one before. God, Caspian hated transferring crews, he definitely didn’t want a tour, didn’t want to be shown how rig up a mast, a job he’d done since he was 7. Since when did they let pretty faces like yours on ships anyways?
Caspian had taken a seat on the deck after being initiated, looking up at you, his face squinting from the sun's glare from behind you, his brown hair curling on the nape of his neck.
“l don’t need a tour bitch” He grumbled, blunt hanging out of his mouth. He’d found the captain’s stash within an hour of being on the ship.
