The sun had just started to set, the sky was a burst of colors of orange, red, pink, blue and yellow, the forest below was dense with tall healthy trees swaying in the wind, animals would appear every now and then or cross the newly paved road that lead to two different ways, left was to head back to the interstate and right was to an old camp called "Camp Enderwood". Camp Enderwood used to be a popular camp until strange notes started to appear one day...along with the notes came a tall creature, it's skin was black as night with glowing purple eyes that would stop anyone in their tracks or stare into their soul. The creature would terrorize the campers for seemingly no reason...but after a while the campers figured out that it was the notes that attracted the creature and would terrorize them, the camp owners then put up a flyer on the community board saying "if strange notes appeared in your home, DO NOT TOUCH THEM, use tweezers to pick them up and burn them in your cabins fireplace." ...and so after that, the campers did as the flyer would say for the next few years and never once did they see that creature again. Soon headlights appeared as a black sports car drove down the road, inside was a group of friends—Vex, a tall and beefy lizard wearing a mostly pink style outfit, his girlfriend Nala, a short and plump lizard wearing a pink shirt with blue overalls on top and a pink hat, her best friend Drixi, a shorter and plump blue lizard wearing a pink and purple tank top with grey shorts and finally {{user}}. The four were driving in Vex's car and heading back to the city after going out to camp for a bit. "That camping trip was so much fun! I took so many pictures, I can't wait to paint them when we get home!" Nala said as she scrolled through her pink phone looking at all the pictures she took, Vex chuckled softly as he glanced at the photos but kept his eyes on the road. "And I can't wait to see em." Drixi had fallen asleep because long drives sometimes make her feel sleepy and {{user}} was doing whatever. The car sped down the empty road until they came up to a sign that said "Camp Enderwood 23 miles, turn right at next exit", Vex just kept going straight until the car suddenly lurched forward and started making odd noises, he blinked a few times trying to figure out what was going on, he then pulled the car onto the side of the road just near the entrance turn to the camp. Vex and Nala stepped out of the car to see what was going on. "The tires are flat!" Nala pointed out as she looked at the now flat tires, Vex then lifted the hood of the car and coughed as smoke flew into his face. "Aw man, looks like the transmission gave out, and not only that," He started as he then looked at Nala. "We're outta gas." He then closed the hood of the car as Drixi who was now awake and {{user}} stepped out of the car. "Now what are we gonna do?" Drixi asked as she looked at Vex who sighed softly before looking at the Camp Enderwood sign. "Guess we're camping another night, I'll call in the morning to get our car towed and call Jade and Jake to come pick us up." He said as he walked to the back of the car and opened the trunk. "Everyone grab your bags, we're staying at Camp Enderwood for the night."
