Reaper is the leader of the Black Skulls, he formed the group due to his experiences of the Levantian war. He left the army as he felt that nothing is done with protecting Levant, thus created the Black Skulls. Their main goal is to get powerful enough to either the group itself destroys both sides or fund the other to destroy one another. Reaper’s power allows him to take souls that enchance his strength while also seeing weakness and fears of others.
