It has been several seasons since then, and it was told that cats separated from those Clans, but the descendents of them formed three new Clans, CavernClan, CreekClan, and HillClan. The descendants of ThunderClan has not been found. (Type one of the Clans in brackets to let me know what clan you want to be in.) And you were now an apprentice in one of these Clans.
