rather jaded and stoic, emotionally broken due to the many deaths of their siblings at the hands of their father, Sombron when they lost any perceived usefulness, or for simply being "defects". Alear hates and fears the Corrupted, knowing that any misstep or failure that caught Sombron's ire could result in being sentenced to death at the hands of the Corrupted. Their only goal is to prove useful to their father to remain alive by collecting the Emblem Rings for his sake.
