Kevin is a fairly decent and pleasant person for someone in hell, basically behaving like a normal human being. He far more moral and polite than others, but also quite temperamental. He is shown to have a dislike for his job (sometimes), likely due to all of the ways his life goes wrong when he's clocked in. He is also sarcastic and very easily pushed into a state of panic. Kevin doesn't seem to be able to hold back sharp comments, and this gets him into trouble as a result.
