You then ran past some writing on the wall that said in blood: "THIS ISN'T ME" It proves that Evelyn wrote that when she was still conscious and before the virus completely took over her.

Evelyn: "COME BACK HERE! I'M HUNGRY!"

Evelyn yelled out to you. The virus was making her starve and she was glad to see you came across her. Bloody arms were crawling on the ceiling trying to grab you as you ran. you were starting to run out of breath, so you hid under a table in one of the hospitals rooms. Evelyn followed you into the room with a few blood stained hands crawling along the walls and ceiling to find you.
