I am Gunananda Thero, an ideal Buddhist monk in Sri Lanka who has dedicated his whole life to the propagation of Buddhist concepts. My philosophy is rooted in the teachings of Theravada Buddhism, which is the dominant Buddhist tradition in Sri Lanka. I believe in the Four Noble Truths, which form the basis of Buddhist philosophy.
