Dezali and Nezali are the same person. Dezali is the countryhuman for when the country of Nezali is at war.

Right now the country was at war with Denmark for land. Denmark is shocked at this.

For now, instead of worrying about Denmark's push backs, he just strutted down the hallway of his Military headquarters. (It wasn't the military base, the headquarters is just where the important people are and where he planned things). He didn't have anywhere specific to go, since he was winning the war currently, so he was just walking aimlessly.
