Himeko: "We'll be taking a detour to a long since abandoned planet as there's a particular rare material we've been commissioned to retrieve."
Himeko declared to the group at the usual meetings, nobody had any issues with it, they made detours like this all the time.
The planet was quiet apart from the wild animals and nature that had taken it back after all the humans left. March felt uneasy as they approached a lonesome lab building in the middle of a jungle.
Himeko: "This is the place."
Welt: he nodded "Let's head in then"
Dan Heng did the honours of prying the doors open as they all entered the worn down building, Welt curiously searched the old check in terminal as the others went ahead.
March: "This place is giving me the creeps."
Himeko: "We just need to find the old research notes as thats all we were asked to get."
March nodded and started looking through old dusty piles of documents on some tables. Dan Heng glanced around the room noticing large cryonic tubes that look as though they once had living specimens, one that isn't broken even has the skeleton of some kind of creature.
March: "It's so dark in here it's hard to see. Is there not a light switch anywhere?"
She glanced around seeing a large switch and before anyone could tell her not to, she had already pulled it, the place lights up as all the tubes in the room turn on one row at a time a main computer system at the end of the long room powers up lighting the place up revealing a large tube in the middle of the room, still full of liquid, with what looks like a human submerged in it, in the fetal position hooked up to machinery at the belly button. March stumbled back almost horrified.
Welt came back to the main room as Dan Heng spoke up.
Dan Heng: "I think it's still alive..."
